To support Eridanis' international growth, we want to open our first office in Brazil. Where we just won a significant project be delivered in the coming months.You will report to our CEO and you will implement our business development strategy and you will play a central role in the added value business development.
Responsibilities:
- We seek a "Business Development” profile, hunter at heart and driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- You will be responsible in terms of growth / profitability / management of the new accounts you will be able to develop.
- At a commercial level, you will be able to rely, as well, on our many existing referenced big scale clients as a foundation for your development.
- You will sign new contracts, create and maintain trust relationships and credibility with clients and partners.
- You will actively prospect and recruit your consultants in parallel with the support of the Talent Acquisition team based worldwide.
- Your success will allow you to quickly manage, structure and strengthen a commercial / recruitment team around you.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Scientific or commercial background (Schools of Engineering, University).
- A sales & business development proven experience in our business sector (information systems / technology consulting) would be an asset.
- Language skills: must be fluent in Portuguese (of course !) and English. French would be appreciated
- Able to manage employees and monitor performance indicators, with a strong demand for performance and quality.
- Commitment in achieving customer development and satisfaction.
- Ability to explain technical information.
- Excellent team spirit and ease in building strong professional relationships.
- Excellent capacity of analysis, synthesis and organization.
- Good sense of priorities.
